Welcome to the Flames' website
Hello, and welcome to the new home of the Northumbria Flames University Ice Hockey Team!! This is a temporary page and will be made to look better once we have a little more time on our hands!
We're busy preparing to defend our league title, but we're also doing lots of work behind the scenes to grow the club and support our members new and old. If you're looking for a university team to join in the North East, please feel free to contact one of our club officials for a chat. Similarly, you can follow the "Request Username" link to register on our forum and speak to the players and officials.
Training for the new season is on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday nights, at the unearthly hour of 11:30pm due to limited availability of sensible ice time. Please check with a club official before attending - sessions can be changed or cancelled at fairly short notice, and we need to tell you what kit is required.
We look forward to welcoming lots of new members for the 2007-08 season, and having another wildly successful season with our existing squad. Any questions, get in touch!
